We seek to do “good” to every human that comes through our doors. It is more than just doing a good job, but caring about each person on a meaningful level. This applies to the guests you work for and the team members you work with.
We want to do things just a little bit better than the basic expectation. We will use the rule of 1% to continually be better. Our goal is to push ourselves everyday to be better than we were the day before. By doing this we are being the best versions of ourselves, inside and outside of Activate.
We strive to facilitate experiences and create connections that result in fun for both our guests, as well as our team. We work in the “fun” industry. If our team is not having fun, then neither will our guests.
