• Please continue to push gift card sales using the spinner wheels.
• We want to sell as many as possible during the holidays.

Activate Team:

• Birmingham is now open, therefore we now have 9 US locations total with upcoming locations in Charlotte, Cincinnati, and Southlake.
• Our promo for people who play on their birthdays only applies if a group has booked the lounge and mentioned a birthday party.
• Please make sure all sites for managers locations reflect the correct hours during holiday time

We noticed many people who come in pretending it’s their birthdays and playing for free. So, we are no longer offering the free birthday deal unless there is a group booked for the lounge and specified it’s a birthday party.
