I have spent the previous 6 years with Vinaigrette Salad Kitchen Orange Consulting fast-casual salad concept, & and am so excited to be joining the Breakout Team working alongside Courtney and the Ops team. I have spent the previous 20 years in food service management working at both local and national concepts.
