In an effort to be more consistent with our content, our page will now present a Group Sales Target, a Group Sales Focus, and a Sales Development Tool each period!
Our Current Group Sales Target is: Hotels
How to Target Hotels?
-
Using Google, make a map of the Hotels in your area.
-
Pick a slower day when you can be out of the store for ~2 hours.

On Hotel day, take a stack of Flyers, a stack of Partnership cards, your business cards, and a pen or premake a packet with your card stapled to your flyer
-
Visit the Hotels & ask:
-
If you can leave flyers in the Lobby
-
If they would like to be a Partner
-
-
Let them know what the Partnership includes (see below)
-
Let them know that they can offer their partnership code to their guests!
-
Don’t forget to get a business card from them so you can record their partner information when you get back to your store.
Our Current Group Sales Focus is: Partnerships

Sales Development Tool: What Type of Buyer Are You?
Click the link above to discover your buyer type!
Selling is about understanding that people buy for their own reasons, not ours. All buying decisions aim to improve one’s situation and there are three choices for buyers: buy from you, someone else, or no one.
Professional selling starts with analyzing needs and presenting your product to satisfy those needs.
Here are some tips for understanding how sales works:
-
Focus on how your product benefits the buyer rather than potential losses.
-
Emotions drive buying decisions, not logic.
-
Customers want products presented as improvements, not just something new.
-
Quality is secondary to emotional appeal.
-
A professional appearance reflects product quality.
-
Your focus should always be on the customer’s wants and needs.
-
Every sales conversation has a key benefit and issue; uncover them.
