Eloomi Updates

Quarterly Reflection & Goals (Game Master) course is available to assign to your teams for completing one on one meetings each quarter with your Game Masters. Feedback from locations that have used them so far have been positive and beneficial, especially for opening better developmental dialogue with your team. As we head into the final month of Quarter 2, set a plan in place to assign this out. And then fully implement using this for 1:1 meetings beginning in July through September.
Over the next 2 weeks, take some time to clean up your team in Eloomi. Game Masters that are not working for more than 6 weeks, please go ahead and remove them from Eloomi. They can always be added back in as they return to normal work. When Game Masters are left in Eloomi, it can skew overall completion percents.

We recently shared this document reaffirming what the scheduling expectations are for Breakout. Please be sure to review and reach out with questions. The key here is writing an effective schedule that has you and ASMs running shifts without too much overlap, especially on the slower booking days.
The THPG (total hours per game) ratio remains an average of 2.25 hours with the standard 1.5 GMHPG (game master hours per game) in place. These metrics help ensure we are not over scheduling and are being responsible with store operations.
For reference, in Period 5, 16 Breakout locations met that mark. 6 more locations landed below 2.5 THPG. Let’s push to make all Breakouts meet and exceed the expectation moving forward and really capitalize on what is expected to be a strong Summer season.

We began our second Wellable challenge, the High Rise Challenge, on Monday May 27th. This challenge will run for the next 5 weeks ending on Sunday June 30th. Check out your Wellable app for more details or follow along for posts in the #wellable discord channel. Every participant is eligible to earn $75 as you work to reach the top of 5 famous buildings from around the globe to use in the Thrive Pass store.

Breakout – Monopoly: Get Out of Jail recently opened in Asheville, NC. This was our first Monopoly to open since Lexington and we look forward to more opening in the coming months.

Activate Cincinnati celebrates its opening on Saturday June 1st.
