Breakout Lobby Video Holiday Update
We’re updating the video in the lobby for the Halloween and Christmas season. This Halloween video will run starting the first week of October and end on November 1st. The Christmas video will run starting the second week of November until the second week of January. These videos will have updated slides to reflect holiday related activities, room suggestions, pushes for gift card sales, and more. The link to the video was shared in the Google Drive for accessing.
Just like last time, all you have to do is swap out the video on the USB drive (or SD card, however you got it set up). The file links will be posted as soon as they’re ready.

Orange Collective NPS Survey
Last week, Allison emailed out a quick, one question survey for everyone to complete. This survey will remain open until end of day Sunday, 10/6. We are expecting 100% completion. Please be sure to send out reminders to your teams through 7shifts, Discord, or however else your team communicates, to ensure everyone takes it. Be sure to check off names on the shared Google Sheet for tracking purposes.
Common Area Cleaning
It is so important that we keep all of our common areas cleaned up and free of debris.
THIS CHECKLIST is a great tool to have laminated, posted, and put in use for daily cleaning tasks in the store. Bathrooms and lobby dust remain a big area of opportunity for our stores. Keeping out lobby areas, hallways, front entrances, and all other guest facing and Game Master rooms clean make for an inviting space for both our guests and our teams.
Eloomi
It is the monthly reminder to be sure that we are taking the time to remove terminated employees from Eloomi. Not only does this skew Eloomi completion percentages for your store, but we also pay a per person user fee. Any team member that you term from ADP should also be removed from Eloomi. They can easily be reactivated as they return to work.
Staffing
Holiday preparedness is SO important when it comes to staffing. Our stores can go from 0-100 from one week to the next as we approach the holidays.
Halloween is on a Thursday this year. You can go ahead and begin reviewing staffing and scheduling for the night, plus the weekends on either side of Halloween to ensure you are ready to go.
There is a few weeks lull until we are right into the Holiday season that runs from Thanksgiving through MLK Jr Day in January. Be sure to keep tabs on college students that are returning and note that date.
Resova Schedules
We have noticed an increase on Blocked Games, even during weekdays in Low Cap. Ultimately, we should have no blocks throughout the week, especially on Weekends. It is understandable to have one off blocks due to call outs from Game Masters or due to double bookings. Please be sure to ALWAYS include a note if a block is needed. And a reminder that ALL locations return to High Capacity scheduling the Friday prior to Thanksgiving, 11/22.
