As a Game Facilitator, you are responsible for creating memorable and engaging experiences for guests by guiding them through games, assisting with check-in procedures, and maintaining both the games and the facility. Your ability to think quickly, solve problems efficiently, and adapt in a fast-paced environment is essential. Working closely with Assistant Managers and the General Manager, you play a key role in ensuring every guest receives outstanding service and a consistently high-quality experience.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest experiences through clear, engaging communication and attentive service.
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure.
- Verify bookings, process check-ins, and payments.
- Issue wristbands and locker bands in a timely, organized manner.
- Ensure a seamless check-in and check-out process.
- Conduct concise and informative hub introductions for new groups prior to gameplay.
- Monitor and assist guests during games to ensure a positive adventure and smooth operation.
- Proactively engage guests during gameplay and offer timely support as needed.
- Collaborate with other agents to troubleshoot issues and ensure optimal game performance.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
- Respond to guest inquiries quickly and professionally.
- Perform regular cleaning and sanitation of game rooms, front desk, lockers, wristbands, lounges, door handles, and other high touch areas.
- Conduct minor maintenance on room hardware and equipment; notify manager on duty of any major game issues.
- Provide a warm and efficient check out process, confirming and issuing rewards with kindness and enthusiasm.
