July Mini Challenge: Zendesk Response Time
Challenge:

Contest will run from July 1 – July 31

All open Activate locations are eligible to participate

Reply to all new Zendesk tickets with an initial response within 2 hours

The tickets do not have to be solved within 2 hours, you just have to reply within 2 hours
-
Each day the challenge will reset, giving you an opportunity to win that day

Prizes will be awarded at follows

If you have a response time of 2 hours or less for all 31 days, you will win a $500 VISA card for your store

If you have a response time of 2 hours or less for 16-30 days, you will win a $250 VISA card for your store

If you have a response time of 2 hours or less for 8-15 days, you will win a $100 VISA card for your store

Summer Hotel Visit Tips

It’s time again to visit your local hotels to refresh your flyers in the lobby. Here’s some tips to help you plan your outing.

Plan ahead – Pick a date & put it on your calendar for when you can step out of the store for a few hours to make your visits.
-
Call a few days before your visit to let them know you will be stopping by. This can really warm up your visit!

Map out your path on Google to make the best use of your time.

Take another GSC with you – this is a great way to help combat those nervous jitters that sometimes occur when you are working outside your comfort zone.

Go ahead and premake your partnership cards with a custom code for the places you will be visiting. That way, if they say yes to you leaving the flyers, you can give them the partnership card as a Thank you!
