Activate Sales February 2024

  • In an effort to be more consistent with our content, our page will now present a Group Sales Target, a Group Sales Focus, and a Sales Development Tool!

Our Current Group Sales Target is: Sports Teams & Youth Groups

Target Tips:

  • Create a contact list for local sports teams and youth groups.

  • Get to know the organizers, coaches, or youth pastors by regularly reaching out throughout the year.

  • When you call, inquire about the potential interest in incorporating Activate or Breakout into their upcoming seasons.

  • Maintain a detailed call sheet with information on their season timelines and the best times to contact them. This approach ensures that you don’t have to start from scratch each year, fostering long-term relationships while optimizing your outreach efficiency.

  • Take it a step further by crafting an Outreach Google Calendar, add in task reminders for follow-up calls & send them a Google Invite to provide them with a heads-up about your upcoming calls.

What is a Networking Event? A networking event is an organized gathering where individuals from different industries connect to build relationships, exchange information, and expand professional networks. Events vary in format (conferences, seminars, etc.) and offer opportunities like speed networking and business card exchanges. The primary goal is to boost visibility, create business opportunities, and establish mutually beneficial relationships in a specific industry or community.

For Breakout & Activate, we most frequently use the local Chamber of Commerce to source our networking events.

Networking Tips:

  • Build a strong network by consistently attending events and engaging with attendees.
