Group Sales Target for P1 is: Schools
Typically, state Governor’s present new budgets by mid January, so this is a great time to reach out to schools to help them start planning their Spring and end of the year field trips.
Group Sales Focus for P1 is: Zendesk Tickets
New Tickets: The general expectation is that we are answering new tickets as quickly as possible- no later than 24 hours after requested.
Pending Tickets: The general rule is to follow the 2-1-2 follow up process. After you send the initial information, send follow up #1 in 2 days, follow up #2 in 1 week, and follow up #3 in 2 weeks. For Activate, Zendesk sell sequences allow you to automate this process.
Solving Tickets: Please use your macros to follow up with pending tickets & go ahead and solve tickets
