Simplifying Private Packages

All private packages for all locations will now start at a minimum of 50 players.They are available Mon-Thurs 9AM-6PM and Fri 9AM-2PM. They are not available on holidays or weekends.

Be sure to update your Sell templates accordingly! Google Drive templates/ Macros will be updated this week.
Eloomi Groups Sales Training!

You have been assigned an Eloomi for Set Up and Using Zendesk Sell! Please complete this before our meeting (10/11) where I will answer any questions.

If you previously set up your Smart Lists, please double check the filters on them as you are going through the training module. I made some adjustments to the filters since they were originally added to Sell.
- Busiest Days: 11/20-11/25; 12/15-1/7; 1/13-15 / American Dream Only: 12/7-12/15 (Hannakuah)
- On these days we will not offer weekday promos, Group Booking Discount, or private events. All groups will be considered “Weekendgroups”. Gatlinburg will still offer the Combo Package.
- Please schedule Group Sales Coordinators these dates as extra phone/Zendesk coverage! This probably means you want at least two people trained by 11/20. !
