Breakout Marketing

• Starting in July 2024, we are introducing new birthday discounts as part of our email and text campaigns. Each email or text subscriber will receive a code to get their space free during their birthday month.  Refer to the New Birthday Codes Explainer for more info.

• PLEASE NOTE: We are NOT getting rid of code BIRTHDAYFR33. Instead, we will use this code for birthday celebrations for children. If an adult calls wanting to plan a party for a child, we can tell them the birthday kid can play for free and use this code for booking. The email mentions that customers can call their local store for birthday kid discounts and group rates.

• BIRTHDAYFR33 can also be used for adults who call to book a birthday celebration. Please only use this code for phone bookings; do not give it out to customers.
