Ensure Lobby is staffed at all times; the front desk should not be empty. Holidays are our biggest opportunity to roll out the red carpet! Make sure you have an ASM or GSC as your phone duty team member, and this will help our Lobby/Front Desk employees to focus on H.U.G.
