Store Notes:
During this slower period, stay up on store and room cleanliness throughout the week. A guest’s first impression begins before even entering your store–think of the Hero’s Journey video. Smudge-free front doors and a well kept & staffed lobby to welcome folks in goes a long way in creating a 7-star experience, but there is so much more. Keeping your rooms functional and in good condition, encouraging our Game Masters to be super engaged, and being agents rather than gatekeepers all go a long way in creating a fun and memorable experience.
Spring Breaks begin in March, which means an increase in business. It is never too early to begin reviewing staffing to ensure you are covered as bookings pick up beginning in March. As a reminder, if you need any CareerPlug updates, be sure to reach out to Jackie Watts for assistance.
We are in the process of reviewing and updating Resova schedules for Breakout. Weekend booking availability is the main focus as we’ve noticed some rooms have less availability during peak days. We’ll be sure to connect with you prior to making any large changes to schedules. This includes adding in closed dates for holidays in 2024.
Eloomi:
Continue reviewing your Eloomi percentages in the Morning Games Review email. Be sure to remove team members who have been terminated or who have returned to school. If you need support reviewing Eloomi operations, please reach out to me directly and I can set up time to review with you. The goal is for all locations to stay above a 90% completion rate.
Quarterly Store Meeting
Our next store meeting will be scheduled for Saturday, 2/24. Please add this date to your calendar and be sure to schedule everyone to attend. The agenda will be emailed out at least one week prior.
