Store Notes:
With the holidays behind us, room bookings will slow down now through February, especially during weekdays. Be mindful of scheduling to ensure the store labor stays within the desired benchmark. Continue to review staffing needs to stay ready for March as Spring Breaks begin.
We understand that sometimes games need to be blocked. In those cases, be sure to include a note as to why it is blocked. There has been an increase in games being blocked with no reason noted. Doing so provides clarity on our end when checking Resova.
Eloomi:
Continue reviewing your Eloomi percentages in the Morning Games Review email. Be sure to remove team members who have been terminated or who have returned to school. If you need support reviewing Eloomi operations, please reach out to me directly and I can set up time to review with you. The goal is for all locations to stay above a 90% completion rate.
Quarterly Store Meeting
Our next store meeting will be scheduled for Saturday, 2/24. Please add this date to your calendar and be sure to schedule everyone to attend. The agenda will be emailed out at least one week prior. If you have any fun ideas for a game or topics to discuss, please feel free to share it with me.
