Breakout Operations Notes
Low Capacity Fall Schedules
We are beginning the room pairings and low capacity scheduling beginning on Tuesday, September 4. This scheduling update effects Mon-Thur booking availabilities in Resova. Fri-Sun remains a full capacity.
If you haver not already reviewed and prepared for the room pairings, be sure to do so by Tuesday.
With Low Capacity, we should be able to better offer hours for Game Masters during the week, while also making it easier to control labor during the traditionally slower season.
Scheduling in Resova will revert back to Full Capacity just prior to Thanksgiving, running through mid January.
Group Sales Bookings can still be made throughout the week, by either adding in time slots or adjusting the start times of games to best accommodate your group.

Common Area Cleaning
It is so important that we keep all of our common areas cleaned up and free of debris.
THIS CHECKLIST is a great tool to have laminated, posted, and put in use for daily cleaning tasks in the store. Bathrooms and lobby dust remain a big area of opportunity for our stores. Keeping out lobby areas, hallways, front entrances, and all other guest facing and Game Master rooms clean make for an inviting space for both our guests and our teams.
Eloomi
It is the monthly reminder to be sure that we are taking the time to remove terminated employees from Eloomi. Not only does this skew Eloomi completion percentages for your store, but we also pay a per person user fee. Any team member that you term from ADP should also be removed from Eloomi. They can easily be reactivated as they return to work.
Staffing
By now, most of our high school and college students should have already submitted their new Fall availabilities. If staffing changes do occur and you find yourself shorthanded, be sure to reach out about CareerPlug postings. And it is never too early to review what your holiday staffing will look like and get an early plan in place for what your hiring needs will look like.
Orange Collective Manager Conference
The conference begins Monday 9/9. More details will arrive today with Conference details and the itinerary for our time together. We look forward to welcoming you all to Nashville as we celebrate and gather together. Store schedules for that week should already be posted or just about finalized to post ASAP to allow for any additional needed planning.
