Quality Assurance Update: June 2023

I hope this update finds you all well and that you’re having a productive week so far. I wanted to share some important updates and reminders regarding our Quality Control department. Please take note of the following key points: Vinyl Installations We are thrilled to announce that vinyl installations will now be organized and processed by the Quality Control department. This decision aims to centralize our efforts, ensuring consistent quality throughout the installation process. By overseeing the process, we can maintain our high standards and promptly address any issues that may arise. We will have something in place soon but in the meantime, please have all requests emailed to Ross Jakubsen or reflected on the QC reports. Please do not hesitate to reach out to the Quality Control team for any questions or support. Any of us here should be able to help! Contract Work Clarification I wanted to provide a reminder about our procedures for contract work. If we ever need to engage a contractor, please ensure that we obtain a paper invoice and a completed W-9 form from the contractor. Once the Quality Control department approves the work, we need both documents before being forwarded to the accounting team. This process ensures timely payments and accurate cost tracking. If you have any questions regarding contract work procedures, please reach out to the Quality Control department for assistance. Feedback on Daily Task List Dashboard We appreciate the feedback received so far on the daily task list dashboard on Google Sheets. We are actively working on updating and improving this tool over the next few weeks. Your input is vital to ensuring the dashboard meets our needs effectively.
