Quality Control August 2023

Hi everyone! Hope you’re all doing well! We’re really excited to see everyone next month at the managers retreat in Nashville. Here’s some updates from Quality Control that we would like yall to keep in mind.

– Any Resova/Clover related issues please direct them to Resova Support. They have their own dedicated support team that can help you out. Through that troubleshooting process if you learn anything interesting, send that to Courtney.

– Reminder about Resova blocking: We can’t block a room for more than half of a day due to maintenance without approval from John Kelley, Jimmy Doyle, or Jason Thompson. Please keep this in mind. This is so we have a good understanding of the situation and QC can help develop fixes faster. So if you need to block off a game, let us know. Any questions please reach out to Allison Mills or John Kelley.

– Troubleshooting: We LOVE it, it’s our favorite, we love helping yall out. What would help us out, is if the person who is posting it in Discord is the person that we’re talking to directly instead of playing telephone between you and someone who is at the store. If you’re not the one at the store troubleshooting it, just give us their information so we can talk with them directly. From a troubleshooting standpoint it is really difficult to talk to a middle man when we can be talking directly to the person who is at the store. Any questions relating to this please reach out to Allison Mills. Please talk to Dakota to ensure that your ASMs are in the Discord if they aren’t already.

– QC Reports: Things have been looking great. Reminder to be on the look out for those emails and make sure you’re completing those reports on time. Any questions reach out to Ross Jakubsen – he will be the contact for any and all Breakout related things. Activate will go directly to John Kelley.
