Please continue utilizing the Orange Consulting – Weekly QC Check found in SiteDocs. This is due every Monday. Please reach out to Ross with any questions or concerns.
Tip: Create a repeating calendar reminder for each Monday to ensure this gets completed. You all have done great so far in making this a part of your weekly routine.

It is important to reach out to QC Support prior to taking any major troubleshooting steps such as unplugging the panel. While we want you all to be knowledgable on what to do, in order for us to continue improving the game’s tech and preventing further issues from happening, we need to be able to pinpoint the cause of the issue. If any nucs and pi’s are unplugged when troubleshooting, we lose the data log of errors making it more difficult to troubleshoot. Thanks!
