Project / Room installs
We are completing Monopoly at Indy this last week of September. This will most likely one of the last installs as we work towards our initiative to refresh our stores and games.

A complete rework of the program is in the works and we are looking at starting the new format for implementation in October. The push on this end is for not only fixes, but more focus at each location, and helping finishing projects, whether it be fixes or upgrades. Ross will have more on this the coming weeks so please be on the lookout for this.
Support
Last month we were figuring out how to expand the hours and role of support. With the focus of better supporting our managers we will be expanding the support hours so it at least everyday, as well as maintaining good coverage for the holidays. We are also looking at new programs to assist tracking our tickets and will be funneling
ALL tickets through support. This way, support can track and bring tickets to the correct people so managers or store team members needing to figure out who to talk to, just send it to support. Easy! More on this in October so please be on the lookout for this as well.
