Good day everyone! Here is an update from Projects/QC Room Installs – Working on getting Indianapolis ready for Monopoly and Kidnapping 2: Afraid of the Dark. These will be the last rooms on our schedule before the Managers Conference. The next room opening will be evaluated this month. We have worked hard in getting Kidnapping 2: Afraid of the Dark and Monopoly to locations. We think there were some lessons during that process that we need to reflect on. Learning from those, we hope to be more optimal and efficient as we head into 2025. QC and Support – Some bigger planning is to be done on this end. After reviewing reports and talking with leadership, this needs to change. This month we will be evaluating this program, and trying to push for better results. We want to support the stores the best we can and to do that, we need to make some structural changes. Concentrating on stores for longer stretches, expanding support in some ways, and extending our visits to help fix and get help at your level. We have been running into a lot of challenges, and not having enough time to address them needs to be our goal. Once we have drafted these plans, we will let everyone know. Our goal has always been to support the stores, our games, and our teams. We want to make some changes that will better reflect that.
